Meet The Directors

Director

Dominic McGarr

Dominic has built his recruitment career across the building, construction, engineering, and sales sectors, with experience spanning New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Europe. His ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of people has been key to his success.

With a strong background in both temporary and permanent recruitment, Dom has a proven track record of helping businesses find the right talent for short-term projects and long-term growth. His experience across multiple sectors allows him to provide tailored staffing solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

A passionate footballer, Dom has played at a high level for a number of years, both locally and abroad. He played football on a scholarship at the University of Albany, in New York captaining the team for three years.

Outside of work, he enjoys sports, staying active, and travelling both around New Zealand and internationally. After living in Spain and England, Dom returned home to NZ in mid-2020, where he now enjoys spending time with his young family.

Director

Sean McGarr

Sean has 35 years of experience in the building, construction and engineering sectors, including the allied trades, predominantly in sales, marketing and business management roles and working with a range of trades and professionals in both the corporate and private sectors throughout the country. With this experience Sean understands the roles within these industries and what it takes for people to be successful in them.

A natural people person who relates and builds relationships across all levels of the business from the person sweeping the floor through to the CEO, Sean is always keen to meet for a coffee and a chat.

Most weekends Sean can be found on the sidelines these days watching football, going to spin classes or going for a walk to justify having a coffee at a cafe.
